The NYSSRA Champions Cup race was held on Saturday at the Saratoga Biathlon Club with snowy, wet conditions. The grooming crew did an awesome job making sure the racers had a firm track for three laps over the shortened 6 km course.
Paul Allison won his second NY State championship with Jason Hettenbaugh and Chad Day joining him on the podium.
Kathy Schwenk added the 2010 State championship to her 2010 Masters National championship as she wrapped up a great season.
Austin Huneck and Ashley Forshey won the Junior championship races.
