2009 EHSC IN RANGELEY, MAINE MARCH 19-22

All athletes who have qualified OR named as an alternate for EHSC need to either ACCEPT OR DECLINE their spot on the team by by Sunday Feb 15 AT 6 PM.

FOR THE ALTERNATES
If you are an alternate and accept a spot, this does not mean you will definately get to go. You will only get to go if a qualified athlete declines their spot. We will work through the alternates listed in order 1-10. We would like the alternates to let us know if you are interested by also filling out the form to make this process easier.

The EHSC trip will take place in Rangeley, Maine from March 19-22. There are races on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The race details are at http://www.nensa.net/page.php?id=2491 All athletes must be NYSSRA members. We currently have lodging space for 28 at Niboban Camps in Rangeley, website http://www.niboban.com/   We can add more space if needed. Transportation may or may not be available with the team depending on who signs up to go/where in the state athletes are traveling from. Additional coaching or parent help is needed to make this trip happen.

Trip cost is approximately $350 and includes meals, team lodging, race registration and possible team transportation. 3-day race regsitration alone is $95. Each athlete will borrow a NY team race suit for the weekend.
