Due to low snow the races have been relocated to the Gore ski bowl. Saturday’s Shen Classic kicks off around 11, with BKYSL starting at 12:30. For the Skiathlon the race starts at 10, citizen Citizens and BKYL have been cancelled Sunday.- about 30 kids will be there saturday and did not want to stick around for a double header 🙁 So the vauhti squad will eat the cookies and focus on our Jrs and Masters race.
The plan is to use the lower course just like Saturday at the North creek Nordic fest. This will be a good course for Striders with a bit of herring boning before we swap skis and skate the final laps.
Results are up to date and posted over the holiday. HURT and Rochester skiers are dominating the top spots in this years points series. Congrats to NYSEF on starting off the points series with a commanding lead.
