For NYSSRA members looking to travel to New England to compete in upcoming Eastern Cup Series Races there are some important things you need to know.
1) You need to be a NYSSRA-Plus member. That registration data has been submitted to NENSA and you will receive your NENSA number in the next couple days. You will need your NENSA number to register for Eastern Cup races.
2) *new this year* you will need to have a USSA membership to compete in Eastern Cup Races. NYSSRA-Nordic and NENSA are officially affiliated with USSA and with recent changes you will need USSA membership for some events. The price structure has been changed a lot since last year, so please look at it here: http://my.ussa.org/membership/become-member-online. For most competitors the license will only cost $15.00. Please make sure you have this license prior to registering for an Eastern Cup.
