The NYSSRA Points Series and Club Championship Series points lists have been updated to include this past weekend’s New Years Resolution Race hosted by Polar Bear Ski Club in Old Forge and the Big Boulder Classic hosted by the Tupper Lake Nordic Ski Club. Team HURT‘s Austin Huneck sits atop the NYSSRA Red Group, just a few points ahead of Glenville Hills‘ Eric Seyse and Paul Smith’s College’s Ann Jardin. Huneck has helped lead Team HURT to the top of the club series as well. Team HURT is just 50 points ahead of NYSEF, but over 500 points ahead of the third place Polar Bear Ski Club and fourth place Peru Nordic Masters clubs. The upcoming weekend gives NYSSRA members and their clubs chances to score more points at the Cayuga Nordic classic or the Glens Falls Freestyle races on Saturday 1/9/10.
