Registration for the 2009 ESG XC events

This years XC events at the ESG will have open/Master and scholastic classes.  there will be no Fee to compete.

How to Enter?

Step 1.  Check the ESG Points List– be sure it is the esg list and not the nyssra series list

• All Open and Masters that are in bold may now register for the ESG’s
• Masters that wish to be in the open must notify Larry Wilkinson of there intention to be placed in the open race by emailing nordic@roadrunner.com other wise you will b e placed in the masters
• The Top 60 Scholastic may now register for the ESG’s
• Not competeing If any scholastic skier will not be competing in the ESG’s they need to notify Larry Wilkinson nordic@roadrunner.com so that the next skier on the esg list can be moved up. thank you they will appreciate the opportunity to compete.
• points List Problems – If you feel that there is an error on the esg points list you must email Larry Wilkinson nordic@roadrunner.com no later than Feb 8th. 

Step 2.  If you are  qualified  enter your name on the start list – entry form by wed feb 18, 2009

Step 3.  Go to the ESG Website to READ the important Registration  and winter games info

Step 4. Print and fill out the ESG registration form

Step 5. Check in at designated registration times in Lake Placed as described in the ESG letter in step 3.

That’s it you’re done.  Please be sure that you followed the five steps above – ESG and NYSSRA are two seperate organizations you must register with both (NYSSRA for the start List and ESG for the uniforms and waiver to compete)

5k open Fun Race – non medal event

for ages 18 and older – no qualifying necessary for the  5k fun race enter now  must preregister by Wed Feb 18, 2009.
