The clinic will focus on basic fitness for cross-country skiing, and fall training for the female skier. The purpose is to help local skiers learn technique fundamentals; improve ski specific fitness, and strength.<\/p>\n<p>The Olympic Sports Complex Biathlon Building (Mt.
