The Winona Forest Tourathon renamed from the Tug Hill Tourathon by all accounts was a success this year after having some major problems last year. Changes to this event included changing the course from a one loop 50k to a more manageable 3 loop 45k (which ended up a 37.5k for race day). \u00a0 Hiring a timing service(Score-This) which used\u00a0 Chip timing for quick accurate results.\u00a0 Adding a TD to keep everyone on track and make sure the race was a fun, safe, well organized event. over 125 skier competed this year.\u00a0 NYSSRA members will get NYSSRA series points toward next season.<\/p>\n
