Full schedule here:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nensa.net\/docs\/Super_Tour_Schedule.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Schedule<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nensa.net\/page.php?id=7397\" target=\"_blank\">NENSA (maps at bottom of page)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Straight from the NENSA site:<\/p>\n<p>NENSA EasternCup\/USSA Supertour at ORDA, Lake Placid NY January 30-31, 2016<\/p>\n<p>This Virtural Team Captains Meeting page informaiton contains Start lists, course maps, conditions reports, wax recommendations, grooming updates and more, and is meant to be a helpful tool. \u00a0<strong>There will be a Team Coaches meeting at 6 pm on Friday 1\/29 at the Conference Center in town, and it is the coaches\u2019 responsibility to\u00a0attend and be aware of any important changes or updates that take place at the meeting.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>General Info:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>UPDATES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1\/26: Site Venue change &#8211; this weekends EasternCup\/Supertour races will be held at the Jump Site in Lake Placid (and not at Mt. Van Hoevenberg). \u00a0<\/strong>There will be a 1.5k sprint freestyle course on Saturday and a 2.5k loop for the classic mass start race on Sunday. \u00a0There is indoor heated space, bathrooms, and an outside team wax tent available, and delicious food service available from Green Goddess &#8211; sandwiches, soups, chili etc. on site. \u00a0This Jump Site venue will offer great spectator viewing for this weekends racing!<\/p>\n<p><strong>1\/20: \u00a0The RACES are on! \u00a0ORDA has been making and stock-piling snow!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>NO DOR registration at the Lake Placid EC\/ST &#8211; you must register on line by 5pm on Weds. 1\/27 to race!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1\/20: \u00a0<\/strong>Lake Placid is looking forward to hosting the Supertour and Eastern Cup athletes coming to Lake Placid. <em>If you are a team captain or coach coming to our events and looking for space in our waxing tent or designated space to park your wax truck\/trailer please contact Kris Cheney Seymour by the end of the day on January 26th.<\/em> Thank you and good luck to your athletes in Lake Placid. \u00a0Kris Cheney Seymour kcheneyseymour@orda.org<\/p>\n<p><strong>Coaches Bib Requirement \u2013 NEW \u2013 Please read! \u00a0<\/strong><em>W<\/em><em>e are giving out Coaches bibs for wax testing on course (during\/between races), to each club (up to 2 bibs).\u00a0 No one without a bib will be allowed on course during the races.\u00a0\u00a0 We are enforcing this policy for the safety of all the athletes &#8211; please comply.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>These bibs will be available for sign out at Race Headquarters. Bibs should be returned to Race Headquarters by day\u2019s end. Bibs not returned at the end of the day will incur a $50 fee. Thank you in advance for your cooperation with this policy this weekend.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>Trail Pass Requirements<\/strong>: &#8211; No trail pass needed.
