December 1st marks the close of the NYSSRA membership race. \u00a0The \u201crace\u201d is a chance for a club team to organize and find new recruits before the first flakes fly. \u00a0This does not mean you, your reluctant friends or new ex-pats can\u2019t join NYSSRA or a club team. \u00a0All it means is that \u201cfirst blood\u201d has been drawn in the points series competition.<\/p>\n
