Many of them learned to ski by climbing the BKYSL program ladder. It\u2019s especially satisfying to receive expressions of thanks from these individuals and their families.  <br><br>Some appreciative racers ask: <strong>What can I do to give something back to NYSSRA Nordic?<\/strong> <br><br>Answer: <strong>Consider volunteering for a range of helpful jobs that can make a difference to the ski racing community.<\/strong><br><br>\u2022 A 2nd Vice president is needed for 2022-2024 (a two-year term).<br>\u2022 Volunteers are needed to make regular contributions to our Face Book page and website blog. <br>\u2022 Writers and photographers are needed for articles in NYSSRA Nordic\u2019s <em>Latest News for You<\/em> e-newsletter. <br><br>For more information about these volunteer jobs or if you are ready to step forward to help, please email <a href=\"mailto:nyssranordicski@gmail.com\">nyssranordicski@gmail.com<\/a>. <br><br>Also, take a look at NYSSRA Nordic\u2019s planning for the 2022-2023 season by reviewing the <a href=\"http:\/\/nyssranordic.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Minutes220427-3.pdf\">Spring meeting minutes<\/a> from April 27, 2022.
