It has been a little soggy in Lake Placid over the last few days, however forecast temperatures are in the lower 20s tonight, with daytime highs in the low 30s. This should give the courses a chance to firm back up just in time for a fast track during the big Biathlon Sprint Championships on Saturday morning and the 21 km classic Champions Cup race on Saturday afternoon. However, because it has been above freezing for the last couple of days, courses and distances may be altered for both races. Saturday night should be below freezing again, with highs near 3o on Sunday. It should be a fast and fantastic weekend of racing. See you there!
