Description: Come to the Hudson Valley and train in the Gunks at New Paltz. Where you will log miles of Roller Skiing, plus Trail running, Mt Biking, Rock Scrambling with water falls and swimming. Great training opportunity for Nordic athletes doing XC this Fall too. Roller Ski a 10K Time Trial at West Point Military Academy. Improve your technique through our daily video review with our experienced coaching staff.
To keep cost down athletes will camp out, all food, transportation and park fees are included. Interested skiers must have roller Skiing Experience !!Coaches:

- Nick Mancuso Mid – Atlantic Assistant Coach
- Art Stegan former Olympic Biathlon Coach, National Guard Biathlon Team Coach and author of the Vermont National Guard Biathlon Training Program
- Nicholas Mancuso NY State High School Champion 2008, plus three time All American at Junior Nationals and current UNH Nordic Ski team member.
